Have you ever enjoy a meal before in such a way you slept off after the meal right on the dinning table. Yes, it do happen many a times probably after a stressful day. This is part of life in an environment where peace reign. Peace can be described as an absence of conflict or misunderstanding in a society. People live peaceably, chat, celebrate, fellowship and do many things together in atmosphere of love.
Today in Nigeria, peace is stylishly and pathetically going into an extinct amidst the major ethnic groups in the country. People are hostile, bitter and suspecting themselves everywhere, peace has been strangling on daily basis, and one day, it may die. All these are not happening on its own, some people are originator of it, just to gain one thing or the other. Now, considering the current situation in Nigeria, some powerful but shortsighted people are deriving benefits in the chaos, they fuel it every time, destroying elements that make us all to coexist. They're after tomorrow that they may not know, they doesn't regards the person of Creator, that is if they believe there's one.
Some are claiming they're marginalised, some said they're neglected, while some said, they need power and the leaders lack wisdom and commitment to balance every region and make every citizens to be at peace. They(leaders) are beneficiaries of the evil going on in this nation, some doesn't pray bandits or terrorists should stop their heinous activities, but want it to continue at the expense of less privileged.
Peace could only reside where everyone is selfless, helper of one another, keepers of brothers and sisters and above all where the peace of God supremely reign.
